Convinced that art could play an essential role to facilitate and enrich communication, Kuni YAZAWA, and artist and Executive Director of IOCA, named the art which put a focus on the role "Communication Art" in 2001.
Communication Art is to be created from communication, which leads to communication. Besides, it induces the circulation of "dialogue," "discovery," and "expression" to people in various situations, which creates the necessary creativity and story to live a fulfilling life.
And IOCA aims at becoming a learning platform for general public, particularly children who creates our future, to foster their sensibility, creativity and ability to live dynamically in the globalized world.

IOCA creates three types of platforms through the power of Communication Art.
